Unable to login?
If you're unable to login, simply click the Sign In button and follow the prompt to reset your password. If you're still having issues, delete and reinstall the app to reset your stored credentials.
Cannot upload photos?
If you're unable to upload photos, ensure Vizibl has access to your device's Gallery. You can configure this in Settings. If you're still having issues, delete and reinstall the app to reset your permissions.
Profile updates aren't saving?
If updates to your Display Name, Profile Picture, Media or Frame Color aren't saving, you must click the Save button and allow a few seconds for your changes to be saved. Soon, your friends will see your latest creation!
